Lost 5x12 ---Suspense Releasing

It is very smart of Lost to tell the story happening 30 years by time-travelling to that time and experiencing what is going on there.
This episode mainly tells something about Ben, his rival relationship with Widmore, how he seizes Alex and adopts her, the reason why his daughter has to die and who is more responsible for her death, how Ben summons the Smoke Monster.
Ben loves his daughter deeply, he spoils her.
The Island chooses Locker to lead the 'Others', making Ben his slave. Why? What hints are given to Locker to make him aware of so many things, and how?
I am glad that Desmond hits Ben,saving Penny. What a devoted couple.

Next episode may tell us about how they go to 1977 to reunit. It is worth of expecting.

Lost--how to begin?

I have been following LOST up to the latest episode S05E10. The island is full of mystery.It is interesting.There are so many stories I want to comment here,but too many for me to choose where to begin. And there are so many puzzles I can not figure out recently.
I will make this as a beginning where I set about on the series.
